A high energy, fun fitness series designated for youth ages 4-18. This class focuses on balance, coordination, speed, agility, and quickness. It’s designed to equip youth with the needed tools for healthier living.
A series of workouts designed for those to safely & gently strengthen their bodies to prevent injury, improve mobility, and move through day-to-day tasks with comfort and ease.
Moderate to high energy exercises created for optimal mobility, balance, flexibility, and coordination. This series involves HIIT, and Bootcamp style training sessions created to tone, shred, and strengthen your body in under 15 minutes.
